About the Company
Whether increasing footfall, supporting leasing efforts, activating new revenue streams or providing community-driven amenities, Real Active helps property owners and stakeholders realize the potential of their assets.
As reliance on technology and digital communication further isolates people professionally and socially, today more than ever people seek shared experiences.

In order to attract and retain visitors, Real Active develops a customized activation plan to provide experiences that are authentic and organic.

We also bring a suite of professional service providers to our projects that can provide world-class design, sponsorship strategy, creative and marketing capabilities.

About the Process
Our process begins with a comprehensive site assessment, an evaluation of past activation efforts, and a thorough review of the competitive landscape to identify gaps and opportunities within the market. By considering the unique aspects of the site, company, and locale, we craft authentic and tailored solutions that resonate with the community and stakeholders.

Once the evaluation is complete, we develop a curated list of proposed programming across diverse categories, including food & beverage, immersive and experiential experiences, health & wellness, entertainment, and the arts.

We then integrate this programming into the site layout, creating an optimized plan that considers flow, complementary services, operational requirements, infrastructure, and safety to ensure a seamless and impactful activation.

To bring these concepts to life, Real Active can develop and execute operational agreements tailored to the desired terms, budget, and engagement structure. This allows stakeholders to focus on their core responsibilities while we handle the complexities of implementation and execution.
